Share-List Property is an Industrial and Logistics property brokerage specialising in Hammarsdale, Cato Ridge and the surrounding areas . We have sold and leased more properties in this area than all other brokerages combined. As we know all of the properties in the area, and have good relations with most of the owners, we are able to offer our clients the best options to suit thier specific requrements. Share-List Property was founded by Rob McInerney in 2005, with the vision of improving market efficiency by sharing and we still work with other brokers who have clients looking for properties in our focus areas, or when we have clients with requirements outside of our area.

Many large companies, including Mr Price, Ackermans and PEP have seen those benefits and have located their large distribution centres in Keystone Park, situated in the heart of our area.
