Share-List Property believes strongly that Cato Ridge and the surrounding areas is the best location in the country for logistics, container handling and similar operations.
With that in mind, they were the first Industrial & Commercial Brokerage to establish an office in the area about 18 months ago.
As further confirmation of their belief in and commitment to the area, they have just completed substantial renovations and refurbishing of the office, in order to be better able to serve clients.
Whist there is not always somebody in the office, both Peter and Rob are in the vicinity daily and are always pleased to meet with people who have an interest in the area.
The large scale maps, in the office, enable clients to get a good overview of the area and the properties that are available for sale or to let.
Both Peter & Rob are passionate about the area and happy to assist clients in identifying the best opportunities to suit the client's specific requirements.
