Share-List Property bids farewell to Peter Edmonds on 26 June 2023 as he heads off to start a new adventure in the Philippines.
Peter has been an integral part of Share-List Property for the past 11 years and got to be known as an expert in Industrial and Commercial property in Cato Ridge and the surrounding areas. He has however, now decided to start a new chapter in his life by building a home for Melchora and himself on a fairly remote island in the Philippines. After working with Peter for so many years and experiencing his diligence and commitment, we have no doubt that he will succeed with his new plans and trust that he will also enjoy the new life and warmer weather.
With Peter's departure, Rob McInerney has decided to downsize the Share-List Property business and focus entirely on the areas of Cato Ridge, Hammarsdale and Camperdown, in order to continue to offer the same level of service that Share-List customers have grown to expect in the area.
Both Peter and Rob strongly believe that the Outer West areas of Durban offer the most potential and best value.
