The Outer West Investment Conference, arranged and facilitated by the Hammarsdale Cato Ridge Development Association, is being held on the morning of 10 November 2022 at Butlers Ranch in Drummond.
There will be presentations by at least 9 Area Experts focusing on developments and opportunities in the area.
Presentations will include Warwick Lord of the Cato Ridge Logistics Hub Consortium discussing the Cato Ridge Inland Port - A multimodal logistics hub, Ravi Ronny from Sanral discussing progress on the magnificent upgrades to the N3, Florian Kloebe from Astrum Energy, talking about Utility Scale PV for the Outer West, Gerald Williams from Value Logistics, one of the first large Distribution Centre in the area, discussing their development plans, Ethekwini Municipality Economic Development and Catalytic Projects, Rob McInerney from Share-List Property discussing recent transactions and opportunities in the area and others still to be confirmed.
