A Warm Welcome Back & Welcome to the new Camperdown!
As we are now in Level 3 Lockdown, we'd like to inform our clients that we are fully operational and ready for you to book your site viewings with us. You are also welcome to just call for a chat or to catch up on latest developments. In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, it goes without saying that we will be following all the necessary precautions to prevent its spread and keep our clients protected.
Knowing many of you on a personal level, we are looking forward to hearing from you again! Despite having been set back by two months, we are still very positive in the midst of this crisis and look to new opportunities that have arisen during it - all of which we would love to share with you.
One of the most exciting recent developments in the area is in Camperdown and Umlaas Rd where the Big 3 car carriers have all now established a major presence and the earthmoving machinery is already working hard to prepare their large vehicle storage parks. They, like Mr Price, Ackermans and many others have recognised the N3 Corridor between Hammarsdale and Lynfield Park as the best location for logistics type operations.
There are also some exiting new opportunities in Camperdown with further large platforms being established and the proposed Midway Park for example offering great freeway visibility and very well designed units both for Sale and To Let.
