Our aim is to assist you to Sell your property as quickly and efficiently as possible in a manner that works best for you.
Although we are generally happy to accept a Sole Mandate, we seldom request one as we prefer our service to speak for itself and if you wish to include other Brokers we have no objection. We also work with other Brokers who have clients looking for properties in the area and, having sold and leased more proerties in the area than all other brokers combined, we are confidant of being able to offer you the best service.
Commission Structure
Our commission structure, unless otherwise agreed, is as follows:
Sales - 5% of the Selling Price plus vat and payable on transfer.
LANDLORD SERVICES
As the only brokers who focus exclusively on the areas of Hammarsdale, Cato Ridge and surrounding areas and having sold and leased more properties in the area than all other brokers combined, we are best placed to find a siutable tenant for your property.
You will also find that Rob's property, general business and engineering experience allows him to offer certain other value added services to landlors at no extra cost
Commission Structure
Our commission structure, unless otherwise agreed, is as follows:
Leasing - 5% of the first two years rental, 2,5% of the next 3 years rental, 1,5% of the next 3 years rental, and 1% of the next 2 years rental plus vat but a minimum of one month’s rental plus vat. This amount is due and payable once the lease is signed by both parties and the deposit and first month’s rental have been paid.
